"El hotel es precioso pero su explotación y mantenimiento es mejorable."

El alojamiento está bien ubicado y nuestra suite era bonita.

Pero las zonas comunes están bastante descuidadas, te asaltan personas vendiendo cosas constantemente, la musica está muy alta y la comida es muy mejorable.

We nearly didn’t book as were put off by some of the reviews about power outages, dinner options and the beach but so glad we ended up going. The hotel is fabulous. You arrive in the morning on the chartered hotel boat and can enjoy the beach until check in time. There are lots of day trippers on the boat as well but there’s plenty of loungers available. No issues with aircon/power/hot water like some reviews imply. Lots of menu options for dinner from seafood to western staples. We had fish both nights and it was fresh and delicious! Breakfast was fabulous- warm croissants, fruit, yoghurts, eggs cooked to your liking, fresh juices etc etc. After check out the boat leaves back to Cartagena around 14.30 pm.

The only issue I had as a front sleeper was the thick pillows. I found the pillows too thick to sleep with so had to sleep without. The initial boarding of the boat in Cartagena could also be improved. We had been to the port the day before and kind of knew what to expect but still felt a bit lost/chaotic and not certain if we were waiting in the right place.

Excelente lugar para quienes buscan confort y descanso en un entorno rodeado de vegetación y absoluta tranquilidad. Volvería al mismo hotel si regreso a la isla.

el lugar es paradisiaco; tranquilidad y belleza; las habitaciones muy buenas; el restaurante muy bonito.

debiera haber disponibilidad libre de agua para el huésped por el precio del alojamiento; es un elemento básico siendo tan caluroso y húmedo. Ideal también el cafe dado que estamos en colombia. Sugiero incluir más actividades para el pasajero como juegos de mesa, o actividades de entretenimiento. harían más entretenida la estancia sobre todo para los jovenes.

La situation face a la mer bleue turquoise. Les “lits” extérieurs qui permettent de profiter de la vue confortablement. Les repas excellents.
