"Good central location."

Superbe hôtel, les chambres sont parfaites et la vue sur la mer incroyable

Nous avons eu une petite bouteille d’eau le premier jour et rien sur les jours suivants, sachant que l’hôtel n’a pas de fontaine à eau. Pour le standing de l’hôtel, on s’attendait à mieux. Le transport est en surplus avec seulement un horaire unique. À prendre en compte si vous avez des contraintes horaires.

"Hermoso lugar. Pésimo servicio de traslado."

La atención muy buena, al igual que el lugar y los servicios en el hotel.

Es una vergüenza que el traslado que realiza el hotel en sus propias lanchas no prevea la posibilidad de marejadas (las que parecen usuales por las tardes). De esta forma el viaje de regreso a Cartagena fue un infierno en el que nos empapamos por no disponer la lancha de un cerramiento que impidiera la entrada del agua al interior, mojando en consecuencia a los pasajeros. En nuestro caso era tal la mojadura que debimos cambiarnos por completo en el aeropuerto antes de nuestro vuelo. El servicio se cobra (como es lógico) pero es carente de calidad.

"All the staff was very friendly and attentive. It’s worth taking a tour around the island, for us one of the highlights"

All the staff is very attentive and friendly. The common areas are beautiful. We appreciated the effort the hotel does to keep their part of the island clean, which unfortunately the natives don’t seem to have the awareness of the proper disposal of rubbish.

The two beaches located in front of hotel premises are smaller compared to the promotional photos. Breakfast amount was limited. The check in process could be quicker, when we arrived in the morning along with the day travellers, we had to listened twice the welcoming information about the hotel facilities and activities.

"Quiet Relaxing Stay"

The accommodation is located in a protected natural area, offering peace, quiet, and the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding. The room was clean and well-equipped. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from for lunch and dinner. The staff were kind and courteous. I was completely satisfied and would warmly recommend this place.
