The resort is quiet and very suitable for a peaceful vacation. The food in the restaurant was delicious and well presented. The reception staff was helpful as well.

Hotel pictures are misleading. In reality, cabanas are way smaller and less luxurious. The first couple days there was not even hot water. Water pressure is not great, but guests find that once they are already there. Because of the location, there was lack of sun and the two beaches are under shadow almost all day. The service in the restaurant was way below professional. A few people spoke English and the communication was difficult. My wife and I were there for Christmas and we were so disappointed that there was nothing special for the occasion. After all, the resort is overpriced and it doesn't match the four star rating.

The property had comfortable rooms, the staff was very helpful and the beach was nice. Snorkeling tour was fun. I was positively surprised with a variety of food options offered at the restaurant.

One of the beaches had too many rocks and corals in the swimming area - was impossible to stand on the sea floor. The second beach was better in that regard, but could still use improvement.

La paz, tranquilidad del lugar. La ubicación es muy buena. Los alrededores. Es un lugar que te da mucha energía positiva y te hace pensar en quedarte más tiempo sobretodo cuando se marchan los turistas que van por el día

La comida. No es variada y necesita mejorar. Sobretodo el desayuno que es muy básico. Pienso que se podría hacer una carta para el almuerzo y otra para la cena.
