The location for our needs was excellent. The staff were very helpful.

We only had a flying visit and returned to the room in the evening and out before breakfast but Liz was very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Big clean bathroom and comfy bed!

Liz was excellent, couldn't do enough to make us and our dog comfortable. From the fabulous bed, to the quality duvet, to the best shower ever, to the awesome decor, to eating a tasty breakfast off lovely china she made it all a top notch experience.

Having to leave that wonderful bed, best sleep I've had in a long time.

What was not to like I loved absolutely everything such a loverly host very warm and welcoming she was.a beautiful gust house in suh a nice location across the road is a lovery beach excellent room very clean excellent power shour plenty amenities the best quality comfy bed along side comfy quilt and pillows excellent sleep I had and to top it off was a fabulous breakfast bowl of fresh fruit and an excellent cooked breakfast defo be going there 😀 thumbs 👍 all day long

Last minute booking. Superb customer service, friendly, welcoming to both us and our dogs. Room immaculate, bed comfy and big enough for my tall husband. Breakfast fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. A great find. Beach dog friendly between September and May. Clean friendly town. Even the traffic warden was lovely!
