Excellent location - for Whitley Bay local facilities and especially for wonderful seafront walks down as far as Tyne Mouth. A wonderful welcoming, helpful and professional host and a very high standard of accommodation.

Excellent breakfast. Good location

Room was cold. No heating. Didn't ask for heating as heard owner telling another guest that they don't put it on. Bathroom had a slight smell of drains.

Excellent - comfortable, clean, friendly, relaxed, great breakfasts, lovely landlady. Could not be better!! The hotel is wonderfully located on a quiet, tree lined street just back from the sea. Winner of the Friendliest Hotel Award 2023 - and rightly so.
