The breakfast was excellent- guests sat round a large table together

Bath took ages to fill, toiletries were next to the shower and had to get out of bath to get some shampoo

The location was good for the beach and walk to the lighthouse, with parking available. The room was a good size for two people.

The property and facilities are very dated. The bathroom plumbing particularly, with a macerator toilet which is noisy if used at night.

Room clean, comfy bed,good walk in shower, breakfast excellent. Close to seafront, bars restaurants and Spanish City. Staff friendly especially Liz.

Above all, the proprietor was super friendly, helpful and very very funny.

Location ideal and parking too a bonus no charge

Our room for a 5 night stay too small when aware larger room next door to ours. Did say to owner and did try to move us but the one suitable already occupied for the weekend. If to go again would request larger room and know would be better

Breakfast was excellent, there was everything you could want and in generous amounts.

Booking.com online informed us in its literature that to get en-suite accommodation we would have to up date to a family room (which we did). When we arrived the owner of Park Lodge advised us that all her rooms were en-suite and that we hadn’t needed to upgrade. Booking.com should update it’s literature online.
