Riad Nasreen is located in a very central area, with everything close by and plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast was freshly prepared each day, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful — especially Habib and Sabir, who were particularly supportive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

I would like to bring one matter to the managers’ attention regarding the hot water supply. While hot water may not always be considered essential locally, your riad welcomes guests from all over the world, many of whom expect consistent hot water. It would be greatly appreciated if hot water could be made available at all times for guests’ comfort.

Beautiful, old-world, meticulously maintained accommodations, sparking clean, fantastic staff. Perfect location for walking to the marketplaces. Could not recommend a more! The staff was so helpful! Even packed us breakfast for our early departure.

The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is authentic, Moroccan.

Maybe because we were there in January, but: - it was cold in the room, the air conditioner only blows cold air/they gave us an electric heater/ - the TV had no working channels - the water flow was very weak - the post terminal was not working - the restaurant was not working - the SPA center was not working

De locatie was top Goede bedden en kussens Alles goed schoon Khaled en de andere nachtbewaker/ontbijtjongen erg aardig.

Doucheputje liep niet door, daardoor stroomde douche over Airo stonk, moest nodig onderhoud hebben Meerdere malen aangegeven, kon niet opgelost worden. Werd wel andere kamer aangeboden. Maar verblijf voor ons te kort om alles weer over te hevelen

Prachtige Raid, alsof je een paleis binnenkomt en de locatie was top. Super vriendelijk personeel, Habib en Khalid hebben onze reis echt compleet gemaakt!

Ambiance was as advertised on booking.com photos. So met expectations. Staff were generally polite and helpful.

Riad Nasreen is NOT where you want to be if it rains in Marrakech. We were assigned a family room. We appreciated that it had a common living space but the skylight leaked quite heavily. We talked to the front desk and they admitted the manager knew about the problem as the previous guests (who'd checked out of that room just that morning) had complained to him about it. It is inexcusable that the manager allotted us the room anyway. The rain got all our luggage wet, which was very disappointing. We asked for a bucket (see photos) that collected a lot of water. We also had to complain about lack of hot water for showering - I'd say running hot water is pretty basic for a Riad in this price range. The whole rotunda was flooded and there is zero water drainage. Overall, not at all impressed and we will never return to this Riad.
