Riad Nasreen

The staff at this Riad were exceptional. Especially Mr Habib and Ms Rita who made sure we were well informed and felt comfortable. We could count on them at any time. They also helped us enormously during a minor crisis when our daughter fell ill. A beautiful Riad and beautiful people - we definitely recomend it.

Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours arrangeant, même pour réserver un trajet en dernière minute. Le Riad est bien placé à proximité du magnifique musée des confluences ou encore de très bons restaurants tels que Dar Moha.

L'eau chaude s'est montrée très capricieuse durant notre séjour, des jours avec et des jours sans.

What an incredible hotel! We felt so well looked after by the staff! This is a little oasis in the heart of Marrakesh. Centrally located, amazing roof top and pool and incredible breakfasts. No complaints :)

This was the most horrible experience we ever had! We did not have warm water to shower. The breakfast was really bad. The room was dirty.

It was really cold in the room. The bed was hard. The tv was not working. No window in the room. The room is dark and spooky. We had to walk 19 min to go to the centre.

Location great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable large rooms.

The spa facilities were not the best.
