Tout était parfait. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. Quartier dans lequel on se sent en sécurité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Our third and fourth day (after returning from Essaouira). We loved our bigger room, and again being greeted and offered tea upon arrival. The reception clerk, Ayoub, accommodated a slightly earlier breakfast time on one of the days due to an early departure, but was not able to do so on the second day.

Although the streets were still a little scary to walk through at night, we became more and more comfortable and it became less of a concern. We did have an issue with some guests being loud on the roof until 2am on our last night, but the night attendant quickly quieted them down when we complained.

Our second day. We loved our bigger room, but there was a little bit of a problem. Our room was changed from the first night to the second night, but we were not aware of the change. We came back and found all of our belongings missing. The night attendant wasn’t aware of the change, so it took some time to figure it all out. Eventually, all was good, and we were offered breakfast on the roof the next morning even though it is normally closed.

Although the streets were still a little scary to walk through at night, it was less the second time around. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us at the door. A guest finally let us in after 20 minutes. Then we could not find our belongings that we left in the room. We spent the next 40 minutes trying to find them. We could not find the night attendant so we called the manager, who sent someone to figure out what had happened. The night attendant had fallen asleep and could not hear the door bell/phone ringing. He was also not aware of the change. Once the manager sent another receptionist, all was cleared up.

We loved being greeted and offered tea upon our arrival. The reception clerk, Ayoub, was very nice, but there was a slight communication problem about our reservation. It was cleared up eventually. Breakfast the next morning was nice.

It was a little scary having to walk through empty dark streets to get to the property after being dropped off by taxi. Not to mention, a guy followed us (thinking he was helping) and demanded money from us even though we told him multiple times, we did not need any help.

La TV n’allait pas. Personne n’a pu arranger le problème. Ampoule dans salle de bain défectueuse. Douche pas chaude.

The bed was very comfortable and warm. The room was spacious. Roof terrace was nice to chill out on. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The shower took 5-10 mins to heat up and one time it didn’t and there was no hot water. The pressure also was a bit rubbish. Other than that, I can’t complain.

The location is fantastic - close to places like Dar el Bacha and a super base to explore Marrakech. The staff were very kind and thoughtful, going so far as to arrange a chauffeur for me one evening and to walk me down to the car both on that evening and on the morning of my departure. The breakfast every day was an absolute feast, and the rooftop couches were a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunsets and evening breezes. The room was a little small, but this was not a problem as I was out every day. The bathroom was well stocked and had very nice products. The place was spotless.

Nothing! Everything was great.
