Easy to find. Lots of parking space. Close to shops. Lovely people

Historical building within the lovely town of Waterville. Great service and friendly staff.

Small hotel and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Food (breakfast) was excellent. We stayed two nights and would return again.

Very nice owners that are lucky to have a great property. Had a great casual feel that made one feel as welcome as possible. Excellent facility.

Nice but too expensive

This was our first stay in a B&B and we didn't know what to expect. The room was very clean and quiet. Although wifi didn't work at all and we really rely on that in our travels to plan our next days. There is close to nothing to do in the evenings in Waterville. No pubs. A few restaurants. We enjoy getting out and listening to music and such but there wasn't much going on. Great place to relax though.

No warm and fuzzier here. Breakfast was expensive compared to other hotels

Small place just outside of town. Only a few minutes walk to the waterfront. Only got to eat breakfast but the food was great. The room was comfortable and spacious compared to some other places we have stayed. Nice, friendly host. Would go back.
