Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony! Excellent and friendly service with a smile. Easy to arrange in advance to have flowers delivered to our room before our arrival. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Bed and pillows very comfy! Would definitely stay again!

pędziłam tylko jedną noc w tym hotelu wraz z grupą znajomych i muszę przyznać – było absolutnie fantastycznie! Od samego wejścia zachwyciła nas przyjazna obsługa, która zadbała o każdy detal naszego pobytu. Pokoje były przestronne, niezwykle czyste i pięknie urządzone – od razu czuliśmy się jak w domu. Śniadanie przeszło nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania – ogromny wybór świeżych produktów, wszystko podane w elegancki sposób. Atmosfera była niezwykle przyjazna, a personel pomocny i uśmiechnięty na każdym kroku. To miejsce ma w sobie coś wyjątkowego.

We had a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. It was unfortunate that our stay coincided with a freak storm which deposited more snow at the time of year than normal. We lost power for a time and with the amount of snow around what otherwise would have been a short distance to food outlets and the centre of town became impossible. If the amount of snow was not there the hotel is a 6 minute walk from the centre of town and well located. We were particularly appreciative of Yolanda who was absolutely fantastic. The snow however was magical after the storm and it was fortunate the trains re-opened when we were due to leave. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel which is a lovely property.

Bel hôtel rénové et sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner dans une jolie salle. Les chambres sont biens, le lit était confortable. Pratique, près des remontées de ski de Sunnegga. Personnel sympathique et chaleureux.
