Villa Del Lago

Very clean, stunning views and well equipped.

Our bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the shower had very weak pressure.

Lovely view from the bedroom and living room. Spacious apartment located just a few mins drive from queenstown centre.

- The water pressure is very weak and takes a long time for the hot water to boil. - No instructions for the washing machine and dryer. - Hairdryer wasn’t working properly at first but luckily the host arranged a new one the next day. - Please note you have to go through some stairs as there is no accessible path.

Gas heater was not working.

Lovely view over the lake, sitting room and large bedroom with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. You can see the view from the bed. Very clean and modern.

The floor was sopping wet when we arrived (15 mins after earliest check in time) - puddles and soap everywhere on the hard floor. The floor was still damp 2 hrs later despite leaving both sliding doors fully open. There was a lovely gas fire in the room, but unfortunately it didn’t work. The hosts were unable to get it working during our 2 night stay. They did provide a tiny oil filled radiator as a replacement. When we went to bed, there was no window to open except the sliding doors, which didn’t feel safe, and no air conditioning. So we were too hot during the night. Also be aware there are a couple of flights of steep concrete stairs from the tiny car park down to the room.

Amazing views of the lake. Easy 1 mile walk into downtown Queenstown. Beautiful house with all the amenities.

Beautiful view, and well maintained and attractive apartment

Addition of pod coffee maker would be great. Shame that walk along lake was into town was closed.
