It’s definitely not 5 star, very average for the price you pay and the location is far from town

The property was clean, well equipped and amazing views of the lake.

- Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The bedrooms are located below the living snd kitchen. Too many stairs to go down which was not made clear in their description of the property. - There is a terrible sewer smell outside the property. - The parking was too tight, had a hairpin bend to go to the property and you can hardly see the road while entering and exiting.

Lots of stuff provided like dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. Very good view. Close to town. Very comfortable beds

地理位置在皇后镇城区不到一点，坐揽湖边景色，去城区需要自己开车，走路的话还是不太行的。厨房设置很好，有提供油盐调味。房间很大，特别适合伙伴出行。

自驾车停车要上下一个大斜坡和大急弯，有点考验车技以及刹车油门的耐性。

部屋やキッチンの設備を全体的に整っていて、特別不便は感じませんでした。全体的に清潔感もあり、概ね快適に過ごせました。

バス停からやや離れているので、クイーンズタウンの中心部へ行き来するのに、少し歩きます。 食洗機の洗浄力が弱いのか、あまりきれいになりませんでした。 また、キッチンの空調から異様な匂いが漂う時間帯があり、一時的に匂いが気になりました。窓を開けたり、換気をすることにより改善しました。
