Stunning view, spacious & comfortable

The view of The Remarkables was beautiful. The Villa was roomy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and it was an added bonus to have a washing machine and dryer. The bus stop was within easy reach of the Villa.

It was just a bit too far out of town to comfortably walk to and from Queenstown each day. That being said, it was nice to be away from the craziness of downtown.

Clean, modern apartment with full kitchen, washer and dryer, and incredible view of the lake.

There is a sewer smell outside the unit. I contacted the property manager who told me it was the city sewer, not the property. They said they were working with the city to correct the situation. So, I'm not blaming the property. Still, we were disappointed we were not able to sit on the porch overlooking the lake that was close enough to hear the waves crashing against the beach.

Stunning views over Lake Wakatipu with the Remarkables mountain range as a backdrop. Villa was very well appointed and located close to the town centre. Although we did not meet our hosts in person the communication was excellent. Steep narrow driveway took a little getting used to and guests with a large vehicle may find this challenging. As we had a Lake Front suite there were a couple of flights of stairs we needed to take to get to our room - something to consider if you're travelling with heavy suitcases or have mobility issues. We managed fine however and would absolutely recommend this for the breathtaking views alone!
