"七年前春节来住过一晚，大涞阁还是大涞阁，位置一流，view超棒，只是这次self checkin，有点物是人非的感觉，内饰也略有些许”中年“感，不过总体性价比还是非常非常高（除了虽然临湖但走不到湖边）"

位置超一流，如果不是难以预订，我们可能会在这里住上一周。在本次新西兰旅途中，唯一可以称得上villa的，只有大涞阁（即使旁边的The REES也还是差了点）。整个房子维护的很好，包括外面的绿色植物和花花。阳台可以拍到一点银河！

内饰还是有一点点旧了，下层浴室门口的地毯有看不见的少许积水，光脚踩上去会湿。临湖，但是走不到湖边，也没有找到清晰的指引。自助checkin，略微少了点”人气”，但对i人友好，如果多住几天，会感觉是在自己家。

对于我们入住3天时间，餐巾纸的数量有点不够。

湖景房非常美，房间也大，每天看着湖景心旷神怡。厨房还是燃气灶，非常方便。入住发现烤面包机坏了，反馈后迅速给我们换了一个嘎嘎新的！

"Nice property close to Queenstown"

The unit was spacious, fairly modern and very well appointed. The view was great. On site parking was good. Location/proximity to Queenstown was good.

The Frankton Track was closed and this was a big negative as it meant walking into town along the busy main road which was not pleasant. We should have been informed of this as we may have chosen a different property. This also impacts the value for money.
