Easy check in and out Quiet at night

Dirty quilt , covered up by another sheet so the stains weren't visible at first. Floor unvacvuned. The bed wasn't made properly, just sheets thrown on the bed, and they put them on sideways. Very noisy next door - dogs ( multiple) barking like crazy from 5 an. Coffee facilities very cheap and poor quality. No fresh milk, no ice. Very poor maintenance.
