Motel was easy to locate and had a very comfortable stay in a safe area. Staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating.

Hello, Last week my female colleague and myself had two rooms booked at the Park Drive motel Kempsey NSW Tuesday night, 12 May 2026, which was booked by our office for work. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at in all of my 40years of travelling! The reception person just handed over our keys without even checking who we were, the rooms were located at the back of the property which backed onto a homeless camp, this is how the locals we spoke to described it. The room smelled of mould, doors didn't lock properly, and due to the location of the room made us feel completely unsafe. We were feeling so unsafe that we left the motel at 530pm, 2 hours after "checking in"! I would suggest being truthful with travellers of the condition of this motel has it is very unsafe and disgusting! It shouldn't even be open to ANYONE!

I loved how comfortable the bed was

Little things I noticed needed fixing like the position of the bed wasn’t centred to the lights on the wall and abit of wood needed to be pained under the lights on the wall when I was laying in bed all I could see was the bored wasn’t painted underneath.

Management came quick back to the room when we couldn't find the tv remote control

Black mould all over the shower curtain ,no iron or iron board ,no larger mirror tiny one in bathroom, kitchen tap didn't stop leaking

The staff are nice. They arranged for u when ur late check in
