Great family room that was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We arrived late at night and the check in procedures were very easy.

A small negative was not having access to hot water at the kitchen sink so took more time boiling kettles to wash our dishes. There must have been a group of tradesman or construction workers staying in multiple rooms because they all started yelling out to each other from 6am which was a bit frustrating but probably out of control of the property. We would still stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying here as it’s the most convenient places for my partner and I to stay on our trips to and from QLD.

I’ve never had issues before, the only issue this time was that the TV remote wasn’t working (couldn’t turn the TV on, change channels, change volume, ect) which isn’t a huge issue, only slightly inconvenient when we were trying to put ABC kids on for our daughter but thankfully to our luck it was already on that channel.

The bed was hard It wasn’t clean as seen in photos

24hr check in has made both our stays super easy! Our first time due to some unfortunate circumstances we didn’t arrive until 3am but thankfully with the lockboxes it meant we were still able to access our room. Same for this stay where we arrived around 8-9pm and I got a message at around 4-5pm that the late check in procedure have been arranged for us again with the lock boxes. It makes it so much easier since we have an 8 month old and it takes the pressure off of trying to rush to get there on time. One of the ladies who I think was starting to clean up some rooms on the day we left (04/04/26) was so lovely when we noticed one of the adorable cats on the property and allowed my daughter and I to go into the cleaners room to say hello. My daughter absolutely loved seeing the cat as we have our own.
