Katastrof med språket i receptionen. Kan knappt engelska. Fick byta nyckelkort till hotellrummet 15 gånger på 2 dagar för det slutade fungera hela tiden. Såg ständigt irriterade hitellgäster som köade för att byta sina kort. Riktigt dåligt. Viss mat är god men generellt låg kvalité och dåliga råvaror. Helt ok service i restaurangerna.

Séjour très agréable: personnel trés gentil et à l'écoute, trés belles picines, nouriture variée et trés bonne, trés belle plage. Le seul inconvénient c'est l'endroit où est situé l'hôtel; mais l'equipe d'animation comble ce vide par des programmes riches et variés.

Le séjour était agréable, sauf qu'il y a des améliorations à faire sur l'état des draps et des oreillers qui présentes des tâches, malgré qu'ils soient lavés , aussi sur l'aspect propreté, ce n'est pas au top, il y a des manquements et des améliorations à faire, surtout que l'hôtel est certifié ISO 9001. Les moyens de nettoyage sont obsolètes. Aussi, au niveau de la piscine couverte, l'état des lieux est très sale, notamment le parterre.

Die Speisesäle waren ziemlich weit, die Betten rutschten auseinander und das Bad zeigte schon ziemlich verbrauchsspuren, hielt sich aber noch im Rahmen!

Alles was er wat je kan verwachten van een all in resort.

The hotel had everything we booked except the air conditioning was not switched on until the day b4 we came home

The hotel was excellent, very friendly staff and I was made to feel welcome on arrival having checked in online. My room was available straight away having arrived at 12:30pm. The room was very spacious and looked out onto the well maintained gardens. The animation team which included Mimi, Timo and Mario to name a few were very friendly and inclusive and the entertainment programme is the best that I have experienced. The hotel has a lot to offer for all ages, is well laid out with very good food and drink.

Struttura gradevole sotto tutti gli aspetti anche se devo segnalare che, nonostante il nostro arrivo alle 21,15 con formula A.I., non ci è stato permesso di cenare al ristorante che era aperto e in servizio. Poi non è presente nessun canale italiano in camera, nonostante il TV satellitare e le varie richeste alle quali non è stato, pare, possibile intervenire tecnicamente per assenza di predisposizione.

We visited this hotel in early season and they were still adding some final touches to the hotel during our time there. However this was minimal and made no difference to our stay in this beautiful hotel with great staff beautiful surroundings and delicious food. The entertainment staff were fun, attentive and encouraging to all to take part. They also gave great evening entertainment as well as during the daytime.
