SENTIDIO Phenicia

Rooms were nice and modern. pools and grounds were well kept and immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Lots of activities going on during the day if you wanted to take part. Staff were very attentive all the way through from room staff , restaurant to reception. Taxi into Hammamet / jasmine were cheap.

Hôtel sympa mais ne correspondant pas vraiment à un quatre étoile. Le personnel est sympathique et avenant. Les chambres sont propres et correctes. Le buffet est est un vrai plus. Beaucoup de variété et la nourriture est dans l’ensemble ce qui est agréable. Cependant il est vraiment dommage que certains services soient payants comme les serviettes de plage ou les coffres dans les chambres. Globalement le séjour y est agréables si on fait abstraction de ces derniers points

The hotel was very nice and kid friendly and all the staff was so helpfull made us feel at home they do activities and entertainment every day wich we enjoyed and my good mate ninja and all the staff took ver good care of us see u all in couple months thanks agin

Great food. Good hotel. Nice walks. Friendly staff. Bit loud at night in the lobby due to the activities but can easily be avoided by just going into your own room.

Une nuit en demi pension très très correcte. Beau buffet, chambre propre bien qu'un peu vieillotte.

First there was an issue with the attitude of the security on main door he was asking about personal information with a bed manner , reception staff was fine , housekeeping supervisor is the worst, she entered to the room without knocking the door than she was talking loudly on the phone and she never apologise, guest relation Patricia is very professional and polite , overall the stay was under my expectation
