hotel est un bon exemple pour tous les touristes,bon service et bon accueil

Super schönes Hotel, mit SEHR SEHR leckerem Essen und einer riesigen Auswahl, also für jeden was dabei! Wir hatten All inclusive und konnten gar nicht an jedem Essen teilnehmen, weil so viel angeboten wird! Einfach Super! Zudem hatten wir nur ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht, als der Hotelmitarbeiter erfahren hat das wir frisch verheiratet sind, hat er uns auf eigene Faust, kostenlos ein Zimmer mit Pool/Meerblick gegeben. Personal ist generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Animation auch sehr vielfältig und spaßig! Insgesamt ein sehr toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!!

The regular staff were wonderful, unfortunately the reception staff were rude and unhelpful, no air con till the 1st of June. Gay female couple despite booking double room and confirming with hotel, at reception was given twins, i did complain but was told they could not change . Constantly harassed and asked out by the male members of staff . Quality of food not great, maybe a 3 star at best.

Fourth visit and still enjoying every minute, nice and relax, lovely friendly staff, plenty of activities if this is what you want or plenty loungers on beach or around pool to just laze in the sun, perfect

Good hotel in Hammammet. Buffet breakfast and dinner are good, though not too different for everyday.

Great hotel,clean and comfortable.Sea view room was awesome.We enjoyed the food,the pools and the beach.Room was spacious and clean.Staff friendly and helpful.Would tecommend.

Check in was fine. Went to dinner the buffet meal was below expectations for a 4* all inclusive. There wasnt a good spread of food available and choices was limited. 2 meat dishes, turkey and beef steaks and 1 fish in aubergine curry. Thats it. The rest is salad or bread and very limited dessert choices. You have to pay extra if you want to eat in 2 of the other restaurants on site and the other Tunisian restaurant needs you to book 24hrs ahead and is a la cartr menu. Dinner was very basicand breakfast was even more basic. Im not looking forward to lunch next as i dont want to be disappointed with another meal. As for the room. I wanted and requested and booked double bedroom. Got 2 beds pushed together. I also paid extra for Sea View. You have to adjust your position on the balcony and look through the palm tree and buildings in front to see the ocean in a distant. This is on top of the bedsheets having hair and dirt when i first walked in.
