Staff helpful and always greetings,i got everything that requested,twin bed,non-smoke and the birthday cake really complete this trip.

We love the Intercontinental Hua Hin, location, room comfort, ambiance and actually everything is just perfect. The entire staff is outstanding, thank you all for being as you are, caring yet discret, kind and attentive. A special thank you to Jandi, she took care of us on our arrival and made our entire stay of 4nights, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, very enjoyable and memorable. The team of the evening shift was also so kind and professional at the reception. We spent great time at the pool and had very nice finger food at the pool bar, the service was excellent. We would like to thank the entire staff in the breakfast place, including the noodle soup cook from 1-5Jun, from whom I ordered special tom’yum sauce more sour less sweet. It was delicious. Please convey a special thank you to our room cleaning staff, we appreciate the regularly cleaned room. The only regret is that our holiday came to an end. We look forward to returning soon to the same place again.

The club lounge at the Intercontinental Hua Hin has been wonderful. The lounge itself is tastefully decorated and laid out featuring a baby grand piano, floor to ceiling book cases and a myriad of seating options. The lounge staff led by Chief Butler, Mr. Tum work diligently to provide top notch service and hospitality. They do a great job of welcoming each guest and catering to our needs. Keep up the good work!

A wonderful long weekend just a few hours from Bangkok by car — and an absolute discovery that I will definitely be returning to. The location is great, connected to the Blúport mall with an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre and a short 5-minute drive to the waterpark. The resort opens directly onto a beautiful beach — water clear, clean and surprisingly uncrowded despite it being a major holiday weekend. The grounds are gorgeous — manicured gardens filled with frangipanis, a fabulous swimming pool with plenty of loungers and swim-up bar, and a very cool art-deco bar called Cocco serving great cocktails and gin & tonics. The Thai restaurant Jaras is exceptional — helmed by a 2 Michelin star chef — with outstanding food, excellent local wine and remarkably reasonable prices for the quality on offer. The gym is very well equipped. We stayed in a spacious beach villa with a private pool and sun deck overlooking the sea — simply stunning. The Club Lounge was great - quite classy but informal - serving breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails every day. But the true strength of this property — and the reason I will absolutely return — is the team. From the moment of arrival, with a member of the management team coming personally to welcome us, through to departure, we were looked after impeccably. Professional, warm and genuinely attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special shout-out to Chief Butler Tum, who took exceptional care of us throughout. An outstanding property. This is now my go-to weekend escape from the city !
