Favorite place to stay in Hua Hin. The staff, the food, the quiet and peaceful beachfront and beautiful pool. Very comfortable beds. Thank you!

Much improved since last stay. Some refurbishment, positive changes of personnel and a better dining experience

It is always a special time when we go to Hua Hin and stay at the Intercontinental. The location and staff are wonderful. We want to call out Thum, Khom and Siri as very caring and helpful staff at the restaurant. They make sure our stay is top notch!

Impressed with services and overall facilities

We recently visited our son in Hua Hin. The IC in Hua Hin was the 1st stop .Our Son arranged all hotel bookings . On arrival we were given our room it had been 24 hours of flight and drive time so we were spent. He thought he booked poolside but we were given a room over the bridge. It may very well have a pool on that side but we wanted to be closer to the main hub of the property . We were moved over that night. The Hotel itself perfection we are very well traveled and through our jet lagged eyes after the move our room was ideal ! While our first room was a spacious suite separate bedroom and living room we really did not need that . I could also hear the traffic quite loud in this room area. After a long travel day much needed rest was in order ! The hotel design beautiful ! greeted with a cold drink and all staff we encountered very well trained friendly. Our second room exactly what we needed. It was pool side with a spacious patio and gate to enter the pool area highly recommend this room category. It was in the hub of the hotel. quick walk to the beach, lobby ,breakfast and dining options. It was large enough as well . We were only staying 3 nights as we then stayed at our sons place . This was to get us over our jet lag ...we needed to sleep at 4pm we slept. The pool clean and water temp perfect ! Pool bar servers friendly and personable. We ate our breakfasts here served buffet style and made to order eggs. We only dined here once as our time was short . We had the THAI our last night there . Our sons wife is Thai so she did the ordering . I wish we were not so tired during our stay but it gave us an entry into THAILAND ! In closing do go to the Mall attached its good for a look around and something to kill your jet lag off !!!

Staff helpful and always greetings,i got everything that requested,twin bed,non-smoke and the birthday cake really complete this trip.

A hotel that has great attention to detail in its service, design, and people!

We love the Intercontinental Hua Hin, location, room comfort, ambiance and actually everything is just perfect. The entire staff is outstanding, thank you all for being as you are, caring yet discret, kind and attentive. A special thank you to Jandi, she took care of us on our arrival and made our entire stay of 4nights, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, very enjoyable and memorable. The team of the evening shift was also so kind and professional at the reception. We spent great time at the pool and had very nice finger food at the pool bar, the service was excellent. We would like to thank the entire staff in the breakfast place, including the noodle soup cook from 1-5Jun, from whom I ordered special tom’yum sauce more sour less sweet. It was delicious. Please convey a special thank you to our room cleaning staff, we appreciate the regularly cleaned room. The only regret is that our holiday came to an end. We look forward to returning soon to the same place again.

The club lounge at the Intercontinental Hua Hin has been wonderful. The lounge itself is tastefully decorated and laid out featuring a baby grand piano, floor to ceiling book cases and a myriad of seating options. The lounge staff led by Chief Butler, Mr. Tum work diligently to provide top notch service and hospitality. They do a great job of welcoming each guest and catering to our needs. Keep up the good work!
