Comfort Inn New Orleans Airport South

READ BEFORE BOOKING: Requested a refund and the hotel is giving the hardest time after the rooms were not up to par. Extremely loud pet/must like odor in the rooms covered up by heavy chemicals. Floors were not clean, stains on both the fooor and the bed. Attempted to request another room with the staff and they were unable to guarantee that any of the rooms were clean. Went to the Comfort Inn down the road and they are far better from the service to the hygienic conditions of the hotel.

Room smelled disgusting when walking in. Room was not cleaned- there was someone’s belt laying on the floor. Bathroom sink had hair on it. Pillows on beds looked old and musty. Check in guy was nice.

The place was livable but I wouldn’t book this room again. The rooms smelled old and moldy and there was mold in the bathroom over the shower. I have an actual video but I can only upload pictures so this is a screenshot from the video.

Very dirty carpet, rag like towels, old and spoiled food, very disappointed and terrible.

Safety was the staff concern

Property was good, but the bed was made up with dirty stained sheets and there was hair all over the sitting chair in the room.

Experience was ok, only 2 towels in room had to ask for additional one’s..Shower rod was bent and shower had crack in the wall..Place was sufficiently clean..Very thin blanket on beds. Breakfast was decent

Stay away! This hotel was extremely dirty and we were not even provided adequate towels Our flight was cancelled and Jet Blue booked us into this hotel. When we arrived the VERY RUDE desk clerk, Sinh, told us she “didn’t know how to enter the booking code from Jet Blue”. We presented her with a voucher with booking code. She called JB but was more concerned about hotel being charged $25 fee from JB. After more than an hour we finally paid for our disgusting room only to have smoke detector go off @6am. This woman should not ever work a front desk. I will report this to JB and strongly suggest they never use Comfort Inn again

It served the purpose of giving us a place to rest before our early morning flight. While we didn't have any real issues, other than the place was hot inside, it offered very little in add comfort. NO Pool, NO HBO... It was close to car rental return at airport
