The carpet was wet as soon as you walked in the room and it was in front of the bathroom, so your socks were constantly getting wet

Called that morning about shuttle service and was told it ran till 11:00pm. When I arrived at 10:35 and called for service was told shuttle service stopped at 10:300m. They just didn’t want to pick me up that was 2.9 miles away

Hot water was not working. No eta, no discount.

The room was ok but the halls of this hotel are disgustingly dirty and smelly.

Pros: Affordable, close to airport, front desk was prompt and helpful, and has an airport shuttle. Good AC unit and hot water with good water pressure. Continental breakfast. No evidence of bugs. Cons: Tub was a grey dingy color on the bottom, bedsheets had old stains and appeared old/pilled. Bedroom had a large bright stain in the carpet and on the wall that appeared to be Koolaid or something red of similar nature. Second floor hallway smelled like mildew. Very thin walls I could hear the people in neighboring rooms all throughout the night. Overall I probably would not stay here again, but after a long day of flight delays and eventual cancellation, I didn’t have much other option. It worked out as an alright spot to sleep overnight.

Our overall stay at this hotel was ok. Hotel staff were not regularly available at the front desk to provide assistance. Housekeeping does not come in to remove trash, provide fresh towels, replenish toiletries, or provide any other routine cleaning services unless you ask them to. Location was convenient for us near the airport.

The hotel did not have any blankets. Was told its only 2 blankets in the entire hotel. Asked for towels and was told i could only get 2 for my 1 bed room but my reservation had 2 beds, a king and sofa bed. Which makes 2 beds and 4 people. The front desk was very rude about the towels. Thats unacceptable. Then when i was sitting in the lobby while using the laundry room, i was questioned if i waa staying at the hotel, after already sitting there for an hr. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Would not book again

The bed was clean. That was a plus. The lobby was nice. Continental breakfast was good. The gym was completely non-functional. All machines completely broken. We had to call several times for the shuttle. Eventually, a different hotel shuttle drove us because they felt bad for us waiting so long. It served its purpose of a clean bed for the night before our cruise, that provided a shuttle and a breakfast. It was what we paid for.
