Comfort Inn New Orleans Airport South

Good overall hotel, clean and pretty convenient to the airport. We used the long term parking at the hotel and the price quoted at the hotel did not match the price listed on Expedia. When I called for the return shuttle from the airport I was told they did not have a shuttle that day and I had to spend extra for transportation back to the hotel.

The property doesn’t provide house keeping at all I stayed a week with no clean room having to provide my own cleaning as there is a underaged Mexican daughter nd mother working the staff alone

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Upon arrival, the room was filthy. There was dried food on the floor, and the carpet had stains from food that had clearly been there for some time. The sofa was also stained, and the mattress had noticeable drip stains. It was absolutely unacceptable and clearly in need of a health board inspection. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy with constant stomping from the floor above, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The temperature in the room was inconsistent, which made it uncomfortable throughout my stay. Due to these conditions, I refused to stay more than one night and decided to leave early. The gym was no better. It was filled with run-down, broken equipment, and many of the machines were either improperly working or completely out of order. This presents a serious liability issue, as it could lead to potential injuries for anyone attempting to use the facilities. On top of all that, the financial handling of my stay was awful. While I had no issues paying for the night, there were multiple pending charges on my account for over a week, and the refund process is still unresolved with no clear answers. All in all, this hotel was a complete disappointment. I strongly advise steering clear of it.

When we arrived at the hotel room there were no towels for us in the bathroom, a sock and peanuts on the floor that belonged to the last person that stayed in the room I would assume. The bed was very, very comfortable and the front desk immediately brought us some towels, however, we did have to go to the desk to get towels again the next day as no one ever came to clean or service our room, we also had to take out the garbage. I know that many establishments have diminished service after COVID so we try to be understanding of that when we stay at hotels. Overall, the staff is friendly, and I would stay here again. Also, I used the laundry facility and the room, the washer and the dryer were very clean. It was nice to have the breakfast as an option, but it was just average but enough choices to put something in your stomach.

I liked how close the property is to the airport, its very convenient. However, it is in the middle of an industrial area. It also needs a little loving care and touch ups.

After being at the La Quinta Inn, which was a trap house clearly New York City your facility was awesome. They were very accommodating and got me to the airport on time for my flight. The rooms were very clean and they actually had hot breakfast which most of the choice facilities say that but they do not even offer any type of breakfast and half of them don’t even have coffee in the rooms. Crazy choice really needs to vet their properties better but your property I’ll give you guys a 10 out of 10.

Person who checked us in claimed the reservation was cancelled then rebooked it and tried to charge us $150 more. Received email several times confirming trip so this didn't make sense, including a reminder the day before by email. Shady.
