First they all had attitudes when we checked in. Room was dirty, there was hair everywhere. Completely outdated. Sheets had dark and black stains on them. They were dingy. Towels were shredding and dingy. Bathroom was the worst. Mold, mildew and pink stuff in every corner and the shower head. My GAWD, this was horrible but bc I had already paid and it was the last min I had no choice. Tub and shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Then I kept having to ask for fresh towels for 4 people and they kept giving me towels for 3. Towels were dingy so at this point no one uses bleach. The room smelled and freaked of stillness. My whole experience just sucked. I will never stay here or any Comfort Suits again!!!!

Hotel staff were friendly, although the hotel could use some updates. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Not a bad place for the night if you need somewhere affordable to stay. Tv screen had a line going through it. Seen stains on the shower curtain that looked like bed bug spotting. But i didnt see any sign of them on the mattress in my room. Really liked that they had a shuttle to take me to the airport early in the morning.

The employee were very nice. I still have one more night on 4/19/25 at the same hotel. We only booked 1 night on 19th, I don’t know why Expedia changed me 2 rooms instead 1 room, please cancelled one extra room booking number 73061723551087. We booked Expedia so many time, I am very disappointed you booked duplicate room for me on 19th this month.

Very comfortable beds. Entire place was clean. Breakfast was very clean and adequate. Waffles, sausage and eggs. Same stuff all week, but fine. I stayed in three different rooms over a one week period. All of them were fine and were a very good value. Online reports are unnecessarily negative. However, to be picky, as a former hotel owner, the shower curtain rod in the first room was hanging down and would eventually fall soon and there was no towel hanger on the back of the bathroom door. The alarm clock was plugged into a switched outlet, so once you shut your lights off at night, the alarm clock went out. I put it back into a correct outlet. In the second room, the shower spray was extremely fine and insufficient, even though it was the same style shower head as the prayer room. In this room, only one large towel was provided. The hair dryer did not work and yes, I did try resetting the GFI on both the outlet and the plug. In my third room, it also only came with one towel, but this time the shower head provided a good and normal stream. In all cases, there was plenty of hot water which is in contradiction to recent negative reports. In the third room, two light bulbs were out and one was missing. Also the one over the shower was out. In all rooms, the heating/AC systems worked fine and the TV worked fine, contrary to other reports. Plenty of channels to choose from. Don't expect to chit chat with desk staff. Show them your ID and they give you your key and you're good. If these folks had a handyman that could spend 15 minutes in each room, things could actually be perfect! Joe M.

Conveniently located by the airport for easy transportation. Rooms could use a deep clean with stains on the curtains and some furniture. My bed was made without a blanket on it. Asked the front desk for a blanket and explained the situation and was literally told “no” to my request of getting a blanket…… wouldn’t stay here for more than the single night I did to catch an early morning flight.
