Absolutely nothing

Roaches, horrible check in woman, unsanitary hallways and accommodations. We fully expected that at least basic level cleanliness would be provided and they couldn’t even manage that. The floors were sticky, room smelled rancid, and was infested with roaches. I was afraid my spouse, puppy, or I would catch something from just breathing the air at this establishment. The woman at the front desk not only didn’t offer us a new room, an apology, or a refund, but basically told us to kick rocks and talk to the manager on Monday (it was Friday evening). Thankfully there were other fantastic hotels in town, otherwise I would’ve rather slept in my car than anywhere on that disgusting property.

Staff were never at the desk. Halls were stained and moldy. Room was infested with cockroaches. Beds were horrible. Kitchen was falling apart. Pool had clearly been closed for a very long time. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke. We walked out on our reservation. Do not stay here.

There is none, worst experience I have ever had.

They are infested with cockroaches and are not clean, and the smell is horrible. One room had standing water also and staff was not on-site after 11 PM and the lady leaving at 11 PM made it very clear that she was getting ready to leave at 11 PM and wasn't and wouldn't do anything to fix the situation. We came all the way from Indiana and arrived before 10 due to weather my son couldnt be picked up from base after 10 PM so we was on a time limit but the lady seemed to find her leaving at 11 more important then helping costomers I went and stayed elsewhere down the road and when I came back next day to cancel the reservations the guy was a little more helpful but gave my husband more answers about what needed to be done to cancel and everything when he went in because I was given short responses. So staff is not very friendly and helpful either.

They didn't care that I was a little late to leave, and I arrived very late into the night

The room was a horrid mess, smelled awful, and questionable white powder was everywhere. That was my first room tho, took a hour to get a room swap.

I called a reservation agent of the property and informed them that I am arriving late at 4 am. She reassured me that she would contact front desk and put a note on my reservation. I called Front Desk myself 6 times and nobody answered the phone. Once i arrived to the property, I was already charged a no show and they charged me 64$ no show fee

The building stunk. The carpets in the hallways were stained. In 3 days, housekeeping never cleaned our room. The people in the room above us stomped and drug the furniture around(?) day and night. I complained to the front desk but it never stopped. The front desk clerk said they didn't have a room to move US to instead of addressing the problem guest(s).

Full kitchen no dishes no silverware and no dish soap

I liked that the room had vinyl and tile flooring albeit it dirty. The location is close to the military base and had easy highway access. The hotel is pet friendly.

The website states that they have a pool that is open seasonally. When I checked in the clerk said that the pool has been closed since 2019. The carpeting is very stained, and there is a mildew odor on the first floor. Each of the rooms have a small cooktop and sink and refrigerator with microwave. However, there are no cooking utensils or silverware. I am not sure how you are to utilize this unless you bring your own Cooking items. During our weeklong, stay the fire alarms evacuated us at least five different times and smoke our hallway at least twice. We were located on the ground floor next to the common stairway and opening to the outside. The outside door was never closed during our stay and safety was a large concern of mine. Next to the outside entrance was a patio area with four or five picnic tables that always had people around them late into the night, playing music and smoking pot and again I did not feel comfortable walking there. The hotel is in need of modernization and updating. I attempted to Reach out to management I was never able to talk to anyone in charge. The room floor was filthy. I Spilled a cup of water and took a towel to wipe it up, and the towel was filthy. There was also a roach crawling on our wall and an undetermined bug near the bathroom toilet.
