Lack of after hours staff. It appeared many rooms were loaded with extra people.

Terrible. Room stunk. Said they would bring a machine - never did. Ask for fresh towels. Only if I returned soiled ones to desk. Bathroom door broke. Lights didnt work smelled of smoke and weed everywhere. Had to sign strict no smoking policy
First of all the pool hasnโt been open since 2019, the photo should be taken down. Second the whole place smelled bad. Like burnt ramen noodles and cigarettes. The nightstand had a hole in it. There were dogs staying above our room and we could hear them barking and running around all night. 0/10

USThe place smelled like cigarettes, the floors were covered in stains. My room did not look like it did on the photos at all and the bed was squeaky to the point I couldnโt roll over without the bed making noise.
USUSAbsolutely NOTHING!! I stayed 5 minutes on property and left! And checked inti another hotel.
The pool was broke and the smell hit you as soon as you walked in the door! I stood in lobby 5 minutes and couldn't stand smell any longer. I got back in the car and the smell got on my clothes my aunt asked what was that HORRIBLE SMELL!!! I had tried to call the hotel and so did booking and the hotel main office for over a wk to ask a few questions and noone would ever answer the phone. Their pool wasn't working and it wasn't reported to corporate or booking. So before you book you better call them if noone answers I wouldn't choose this place! When I spoke with the corporate office they told me they would put me in a sister hotel since the hotel wasn't as said online. After I called them back to get relocated the changed their minds and said that never was an option.
