Kondai Lip Backwater Heritage Resort

The property is exceptional and definately exceeded our expectations! We booked 2 rooms for 5 people, and got spacious, renovated and even interconnected rooms, with stunning views, which was a nice surprise. We had a full board, and I must say the food was the best one we had in India: all kind of curries, seafood, meat etc. The swimming pool was a great plus during hot and sunny days. Activities provided were great(table tennis, kayaks, paddle boards, one hour backwater cruise). The staff was nice, smiling and helpful. The area is well mantained, green with a lot of palms, flowers, birds etc and surprisingly no mosquitoes! :) Wifi was strong all over the place. I will definately recommend this place to all my friends and maybe even come again myself :)

quaint little oasis, can use kayaks freely to explore the surroundings. lovely staff and great food. breakfast was South Indian and plentiful with made to order omelette. vesicular views from the room. very peaceful

Peaceful place, surrounded by nature, backwater, plenty of birds, trees. Exactly what we needed and the food was so tasty and diverse

Nothing to say, maybe just there were not many long chairs at the pool area.

Great location and good value for money. Restaurant meals very good. Really enjoyed evening boat trip along backwaters.

It was in a beautiful location right on the back waters, a little boat to get to the reception was very cute. Staff were so lovely, food was delicious and the rooms were authentic clean and very comfortable
