Kondai Lip Backwater Heritage Resort

The location of the property is peaceful and calm with good backwater views and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the activities provided by the resort. We aLeo enjoyed all the meals especially the seafood was delicious.

Once we parked the car, an open boat takes us to the property. As it’s open it is too hot to sit on it and the older people had trouble getting in and out of the boat. I would rather have a ramp and walk towards the property.

A slice of luxury for a fraction of the price. The serenity and peace of this place was wonderful with views of the lake and the trees. We had a great massage here as well and the food was exceptional. Perfect service, beautiful surroundings and a special end to our trip.

A haven of peace and serenity hidden away in the Backwaters. Cabins are clean, equipped and spacious. Food was a burst of flavours.. delicious. Lovely staff. Pool area very private. Absolutely unforgettable expérience. Ps: free boating through the backwaters. Mesmerizing… Wish I had stayed more than one day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience as a solo woman traveler. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and welcomed, which is essential for anyone traveling alone. The service at this resort is impeccable. The staff, including the boatman who greeted me upon arrival, were genuinely hospitable and attentive. The reception team made check-in effortless, and their warm smiles made me feel right at home. I also want to extend my gratitude to the accounting staff, who went above and beyond to assist me with my saree when I needed help. Their kindness and readiness to assist made all the difference. I also appreciated the janitorial staff, who maintained the premises impeccably and were always approachable if I had any questions or needed anything. Their attention to cleanliness and detail added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the resort. The food at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was outstanding! The chefs provided a delightful array of options, and I was pleasantly surprised by how frequently the staff would call my room to check if I needed to order dinner. This level of attention and care is truly commendable. Overall, my stay at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was an enriching experience. The combination of excellent service, safety, and delicious food made my trip memorable. Overall our stay here was good. A few hiccups with the AC in the rooms and arranging the massages, but the staff was prompt in trying to resolve the issues. The restaurant was excellent with great food! Also, the surroundings and views are great. We loved catching the sunrise and sunset, along with the kayaking around the backwaters.
