We missed an iron box in the room.Room was very congested.

A perfect stay with serene view of beach, clean open beach facing swimming pool with aesthetic rooms. Must say it is an ideal destination for tropical vacation with in house spa and scuba diving.

1.) Staff at the pool tried to sell their swimming costume and were not allowing me to enter the pool even though I was wearing my own swimming costume. They told me i was wearing a cotton outfit which was not allowed, but my swimming clothes were not made up of cotton. 2.) The hotel is located in such a locality near the beach and surrounded by trees which invites a lot of insects in your room. They try to control insect infestation by regularly spraying insecticides and applying various methods, but carry anti allergic medications with you for precaution. 3.) Internet connectivity was a problem as they only provide with 1gb data for the visitors, you can ask for more data but it makes uneasy for the visitor to ask for data top-up after every 1gb 4.) NO GYM

We had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean. Would like to specially thank Ms. Khushboo for accomodating a late check out request. We tasted wonderful food at both restaurants Bonova and White Lotus. The staff are extremely kind and pleasant. Also would like to thank Mr. Anuj for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Sea Shell Havelock. You are all doing a great job.

Overall the room was good - well kept and maintained and clean with required equipments. We spent most of the time in the hotel in the pool which was quite enjoyable. More activities for family / kids would have been nice.

Was told that the property had a private beach - which it had but it was all rocky and unuseable. Clearly not the kind of beach that one was expecting. Additionally, it felt very weird that for a couple of hours of extend stay ( checkout time is 10 AM - we wanted to leave by 12 noon) the front office wanted to charge extra for those two hours despite not having too much pressure from incoming guests. This has never happened elsewhere
