I had a wonderful experience from the start - literally from the moment I stepped out of my taxi! As a solo female traveller with some specific dietary needs (I'm coeliac and vegan), I was amazed when the manager Karishma AND the chef came out to personally greet me! After my tiring journey, they sat me down and offered me fresh coconut water straight from one of the resort's own trees - such a lovely touch! Karishma and the chef then carefully went through everything I could and couldn't eat, making sure I'd feel totally comfortable during my stay. Throughout my time there, I was so touched by how Karishma guided the team to look after me. Being aware I was travelling alone, she also regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She struck that perfect balance of being both professional and incredibly kind. The resort itself is truly one of a kind and the food and accommodation is wonderful, but it's this level of personal care that really sets it apart. I would strongly recommend it to anyone, but especially solo female travellers or those with dietary requirements - you'll be in the best hands!

Property maintenance including rooms. Staff are very polite and gentle. Foods are awesome.

Great place to stay on Havelock. Very courteous service, clean rooms and good food.

Wi-Fi issues was there with expiring voucher codes, more frequent than 24 hrs as mentioned by them

Food was fantastic, room lighting looks old and need more lighting, most od the staff had been courteous leaving their manager who had to be reminded to be polite and not arrogant near pool side

Delicious Food n helpful staff. Property located nearby to pier, beach is not great. Lighting is dim and need upgradation, pricing looks over priced for the facilities, Was very disappointed with the rude n arrogant behaviour of manager met near pool side

Property was good and vast,very near to every location ,pool was well maintained,very good for leisure stay

Smoking and drinking is prohibited in your own room which is a major drawback,infact u can't even order food to your room ,you have to go to dining area for breakfast ...reception was a bit delayed,..and while check out they may ask for charges for eateries from your mini bar which you didn't consume,dat I faced...
