This was a great hotel to stay overnight in after a joyous family wedding celebration. The bed was welcoming and comfortable. The staff we met were friendly and professional. The breakfast area was bright and cheerful and there were lots of choices of food.

"Would stay at Best Western up the street next time we’re in Benecia."

1st day service was good. 2nd day service was poor. Ran out of coffee and nobody there monitoring the breakfast.

1st night there was a mechanical problem with what sounded like the heating system for the hallways. It was very loud and it would go on for 30 seconds and then off for 30 seconds the entire night all the way until the next morning. The 2nd night there was no mechanical sounding problems. There was no maid service and our room was not cleaned after the 1st night.

The Hotel was clean, our room was clean, warm and comfortable. The fresh cookies and lemonade at check in was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent!

No instructions for heater. Fan in bathroom didn't work. One of keys didn't work. Extra $100 held on credit card, still has not been returned to card.
