Great breakfast and great staff. The staff goes above and beyond. Great property overall.

The coffee maker did not work. The telephone was not connected. The shower head was a drizzle. However the staff was incredibly helpful when I needed them and overall it was ok.

Beautiful and cozy. That was pleasant, easy in and out and have a great customer service. The in my think I can think of is that is a little aged. Breakfast was great choices y service is the best. I will definitely stay here if I’m in the area. =).

We were there three days and they never cleaned the room. Dust bunnies on the carpet. Had to change rooms since heat didn't work in the first one. No one at front desk, just a virtual kiosk. Definitely not worth the price. And what's with the plastic over the smoke detector?

It was a nice hotel. It was close to the Benicia Veterans Hall.

I've stayed here twice and the second time I was charged $250 for smoking charge and I don't smoke. I asked the mgr. for proof, since maintenance and housekeeping were in my room during my 3 day stay and would have noticed something then (not at check out) also, my nebulizer for my asthma was present and seen on the credenza. Plus, there are 2 smoke detectors in the room that would have gone off had there been smoke in the room. I feel this is unfair and unjust and the mgr. will not respond back to me. This place is where my fellow colleagues stay when we are working in that area. I will let EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Seriously, I had to move rooms on my first stay because of issues and the second time/stay, the floor was soaked due to the fridge being unplugged. I just dealt with it. Now this. This is absolute false to charge me for something I did not do.

Easy and comfortable place to stay.
