Holiday Inn Express Benicia by IHG

We enjoy the front desk very much very helpful. The sofa bed was the worst, most uncomfortable ever. It was like having thorns on your back. The room was not clean on our second day of our stay from our three day stay.

We weren’t greeted when we arrived. The rooms are showing their age. The furniture is beat up, the bed mattress seemed worn out and the caulking in the shower is embarrassing! The breakfast lady was very nice and did a nice job.

Convenient, good parking garage

On a busy street, rooms are older than the photos marketed, had to ask for a WiFi password, gave me ground floor room instead of asking my preference.

I did not expect a "Holiday Inn" to have so many details in the room. We had a dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, high ceilings, crown moldings, the pillows were extremely comfortable, 24-hour fitness room, laundry facilities, breakfast served with longer hours compared to other hotels I have stayed at. It was a very pleasant stay and I appreciate the staff for their hospitality and upkeep.

Free breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable sheets and bed.

Stayed in room 103. Was able to hear staff talking at the reception desk at 5am.

They are good about security. Parking is a bit tight.

It was right across the street from my sister. The neighbor is good and the mister was very nice. Only had trouble with the elevator going up from the garage.

Desk clerk in a box was kinda creepy. He was nice, just didn’t like the concept.
