The room was great, and the service was also.The only problem we had was that at night when we went to bed, the parking lot lights were shineing in the room with no way to close the certains. There was just a shear drape across the window that didn't block the light. If you ever tried to sleep with spot lights in your face, you would know what I mean. I managed to put two pillows in the window, and it blocked some of the light. Other than that, the stay was very good. If you can correct that,then it would be number one in my book.

This entire hotel looks closed. Theres A LOT of construction and none of the amenities listed are available. No laundry, no ice, no vending, no breakfast, NO LOBBY.

The hotel is under renovation so there are limits to the cleanliness. The renovation was limited to the outside and lobby area. Our room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the outside renovation. We did not notice anything going on and the work ended in the afternoon and started late in the morning. However, the rooms were clean and nice. The a/c worked well to keep the rooms comfortable. A full-size frig and working ice maker were a great edition. The dishes were adequate. We only used the microwave and not the cooktop. We used the television in the bedroom and main room simultaneously. With the door closed, we do watch both without bothering the other person. We also could not hear anything from outside the room. There were plenty of towels. The bathroom was unusual in it was off the main room and not the bedroom. However, it was spacious and functional. The hotel staff was very friendly and apologetic about the state of the lobby. The pool is in a separate building and a very nice area.

There's no icemaker on property aside from the one that was turned on in the refrigerator in the room. The television remote didn't work. I called for help and no one came to the room. I know they're doing renovation on site but still, I wasn't delighted. Stayed there last year under a different brand and it was great

Clean smelling rooms

The picture to the left in no way represents your hotel. Driving up, your hotel looks like the Death Start, covered in plywood and scaffolding with literally no lobby, as everything is covered in plastic.

It was awful because they're remodeling the whole building and it was unsafe whe they had a piece of equipment right in front of the main entry with boom all the way up without caution tape or cones around. I think OSHA needs to check on that. It should be off the web sites because of the safety issues. Would not recommend right now.

Hotel was under construction and got woken up at 6am to construction workers banging on the wall. Lobby didn’t even have air conditioning. Got our door knocked on at 9am asking if we are checking out when checkout wasn’t until 11am

The front desk personnel were great, the hotel itself was very disappointing. Under construction, dusty from the construction, hammering 8am Sunday morning. It was hard to find were to even enter the parking lot because there was a picking basket machine blocking the entrance when we first pasted.

I am absolutely furious! The web picture of the exterior & interior of the hotel Depicted a clean decent hotel, the exact opposite of what I encountered. The hotel was under construction. Had I been aware I would have never booked at that location and I am appalled at the price I was charged to stay in a hotel with construction and filth everywhere! When I brought it to the Hotel attendant’s attention she was snotty and said it was on our website however I did not book directly through their website, I booked through Hotels.com and I believe hotels.com failed me as a loyal customer by not making me aware. I have pictures of stains on the carpet stains on the wall, broken television remotes bugs in the bathtub. I was in a hurry to get to a Rodeo and meet up with some friends. All night long I heard banging and slamming of doors. If I could give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars I would ! Stay away from this Dump! There are two or three other decent hotels right next-door that don’t look like a war zone! I feel totally ripped off and Deceived! Ironically I was going to take my pet and they informed me by phone, yes pets were welcome but it was going to be a $40 nonrefundable fee. I thought that was a bit steep seeing how I stayed at really nice hotels that didn’t even charge that much and for this place to have the audacity to say there was a $40 pet fee just blows me away! I’m glad I didn’t bring my fur baby! He probably would’ve been emotionally traumatized from all the noise!
