The OSHA’s the front door wide open the whole stay freezing employees and customers even after the renovation people were gone for the day u would never stay here again me and my family was frozen
So nowhere did they post they were under construction. We got woke up Sat 8AM hammering. I asked the owner if they would be doing the same thing Sunday as we could go to another hotel as we wanted to sleep. He told us no. Guess, what. Drilling, hammering 8AM. The owner sat in his car watching the progress blocking cars from pulling out of the parking spots. Water was coming into our room from the rain from them having the walls torn apart in the room. They need to let people know they are under construction.
The property was under major renovation. Received no notification there would be construction. Lobby was torn apart, shuttle unavailable and limited amenities.
We were not informed that the hotel was under construction. The hotel was full of dirt and white powder. The desk clerk had a female friend there with him. She was sitting at the front desk wearing what looked like pajamas eating noodles... Very unprofessional!
We arrived and was told rudely they did not have the room we reserved and only had one available. We were willing to take this room because we needed to stop and relax. Then told no tv/no cable and other things that were advertised. She was very unfriendly and unconcerned about our comfort so therefore we did NOT stay at this hotel.
Would not stay here again
They were remodeling but we were not informed about this! Bed mattresses were sunk in the middle. Everyone seems to have usb outlets for phone charging cable, but not here and I did not bring the plum outlet converter to usb because most places have the usb plugs available! So my phone went dead until I got bask home!

This property was under renovation and that was not disclosed anywhere. The room was fine but the actual hotel was trashed. There was no lobby, paint everywhere, wires hanging from the ceiling. I literally thought I had been scammed when I pulled into the parking lot. I could have spent the same amount of money at a hotel across the street and had a MUCH better experience. Will not go through Expedia again nor use this hotel. I understand renovations happen, but this information was not disclosed anywhere.
The hotel is under construction. Once it is finished it looks like it will be nice. My only concern will be how quiet it will be.
