Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! The staff is rude. The hotel is filthy. The food is awful. It made me sick. I was overcharged from what I told I was going to pay to what it was actually paid. They just go in and charge your card whenever they feel like it without notice it without showing you the charges and they charged me twice I am in a battle trying to get my money back from them. The general manager Chetan is quite the thief, liar, and the rudest person on the planet do yourself a favor. DON’T EVER STAY AT THIS FILTHY HOTEL Our refrigerator was broken only one of the burners on the stove worked. We could not get housekeeping to clean our room. We had to use our own toilet paper, our own paper towels and our own towels as we could get none from the hotel there was no silverware we had to go buy silverware just to eat food. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away!!
USABSOLUTELY NOTHING! It’s filthy dirty. They don’t even have a housekeeping stuff to speak of. They have no holiday decorations out whatsoever. It’s against their rules and policy. You cannot get your room cleaned. The food is awful. I ate it one morning and was sick for two days.
Could not get housekeeping to clean our room we ended up having to buy our own silverware. We used our own towels, our own paper towels, our own toilet paper because we couldn’t get anything from the hotel. The fridge didn’t work only one of the burners of the stove worked, and it only worked on high. The staff is extremely rude, especially the general manager. I cannot believe that they have Marriott on the front of the building because this is so far below a Marriott standards! They charged us twice for our room and we’re fighting to get our money back!

Requested a shower chair, the lady said she would try to find one but never got back to us. And the room was never cleaned out of a 3 night stay. Nobody communicated if the rooms get cleaned everyday or every other. Just never was cleaned.

Or room was modern and very nice. However - the TV turned off every hour on the hour and we would leave the spot where it reset on us. Also the AC in the room didn’t work. There was a bad storm and rainwater came k to the room from the window.
