Unbelievable that an extended stay hotel has a bug that if you connect an external device to the TV the tv is stuck at max volume. I am a baseball fan and am trying to watch my team play. Volume is stuck at maximum. Front desk states it’s an issue and it is not fixable. I travel for work and have stayed at multiple other Marriott properties and have never had an issue like this. I have been able to connect and stream as much as a I like. Being at a hotel for 22 days at a time you want options and terrible how this location seems to have no interest in fixing this issue.

❗️The pool restroom was DISGUSTING❗️ We asked for a lake checkout but 3 different times we had people coming to our room to tell us that we were supposed to leave at 11. Finally the person who checked us in realized that she did make note of that. Guess she forgot to let others know or put it in system?
USThe young lady who checked is in was extremely well-trained, friendly and efficient. I’m not a breakfast person but there was plenty to choose from and everything looked clean and orderly.
The room seemed a bit “muggy” but I associate that with the type of a/c. Loved the minimal style of the hotel and room but the BLACK carpet is a poor choice.
USNot a team player. My colleagues and I stay at this hotel no less than 5-6 times per year for a week at a time. Our plans changed and we needed to stay out at the DFW Marriott. Unfortunately, they chose to still charge us for the night. All this while we are all Elite members of Bonvoy, I am a Titanium Elite member and we spend literally 100's of thousands of dollars a year on these hotels. Shame on them...
