I wasn't happy with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the room smelled musty and the room had little piss ants everywhere. When we were packing up to leave I even found the ants in my suitcase. The front desk didnt seem to care. I WOULD NOT recommend!!
USThis property failed on several points. I had ants in my bed and woke up the first night to being bitten. I reported it to the front desk and asked repeatedly to speak to a manager to no avail. I even called after the visit only to be told the GM was not on the property and the only way to reach her was to leave a message. Then I get an email this morning, almost a week later, apologizing. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Why isn't a manager on top of a situation like this? I should have been contacted while I was still there but all they did was move me. DONT STAY HERE!
USAsk for a handicapped room only thing handicapped was there was a doorbell which we didn't need needed a handicapped shower was given regular shower hard for me to step over into. Went to the pool, the handicapped chair was broken not not reported to us or management. Sausage for breakfast was ice cold had to reheat in the microwave coffee was very strong. Not a very good experience.
