Very friendly staff & room was lovely.

The room was ok if a little small and tired. The staff were superb across the board and the pub and food were very good. Definitely scores on being pet friendly.

Lovely ambience in hotel and restaurant, spoilt by an inconsiderate couple who were banging doors past midnight, not the hotel’s fault.

The pub abd the associated guest rooms are excellent. The area is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the A10 routes to London or Cambridge. The local town of Ware is a gem for dining and shopping.

The rooms were large with modern bathrooms. Plenty of car parking. I would say that the breakfast great but the evening meal wasn’t the best.

Lovely stay but unfortunate small of strong manure probably from nearby farm. However it did not permeate into hotel or restaurant

Great nights stay. Really need that big pothole sorted in the car park.

Room and bathroom were both massive, comfortable and in good condition. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Didn’t get to sample the food as arrived late, but looked great
