It was friendly and cheap and there was a nice atmosphere in the bar. The staff were kind and made an effort to accommodate a late traveller. Thé room itself was basic but OK

All was good and the staff were most helpful. There was no noise from the very busy road. The food was nice and the beer was around the price for the area. It was a good base to explore the local area as we went a travelling.

This is the only little helpful advice, but when you have run out of something let that guest know, it's not a problem as these things happen. Be informed is a beautiful thing.

The staff were very nice and friendly, and sorted our room as soon as we told them there was a problem with it. Very comfy bed too.

When we arrived, we were given a dirty room - it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. But the chap at the reception sorted it for us straight away, and found us another room immediately. Also the TV didn't work (well, we couldn't get it to work - I might have just been us)!
