Good value
Good stay, comfy bed, I was in room 15, good value, superb waterfall shower. Dated hotel/pub but it’s n the middle of Braintree so lots of food options, I had food here and it was your normal pub grub and good parking. Would stay here again.
Has a great experience at the White heart from start to finish. Friendly welcome and check in was quick and easy. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipt. Shower was excellent. The Restaurant/bar area was busy which is always a good sign. The food was really good and piping hot on arrival which didn't take long at all.
Highly approachable helpful staff, a good menue, convenience in location, more than adequate car parking facilities. Our thanks to all the staff.
The rooms in the extension are basic and noisy when there are parties on downstairs in the main hotel. But very friendly, and clean.
I’ve stayed here a couple of times whilst out with friends in Braintree. If possible ask for a room in the main building as these have more character. Decent breakfast as well 👍
The room I stayed in was large and comfortable but a bit chilly. There was a small electric heater supplied which worked ok. Good value for what I had.
As always this Hotel always comes through love staying here on my Trips to England close to town and the staff are amazing from morning Breakfast to drinks in the bar at night absolutely amazing looking forward to my next trip home and a couple of nights in the White Heart Hotel
