Property was lovely easy walk into town perfect for station. Staff were excellent friendly helpful funny and kind. My only complaint would be the noise of the pipe works where the radiotors need bleeding i wish id bought my tools could of fixed the problem lol. But overall id defo stay here again and was inpressed with food. Thank you

My room was filthy, complaint made at the reception, however they were unable to move me to a different room.
Rooms need serious updating,beds uncomfortable rooms are so hot worst night sleep ive had anywhere in years., if u have mobility problems dont book as there is "no lift" overall wont be rushing back !!!!
Everything was fine except there was no internet.
Lovely old hotel, full of character. One of the cleanest places i've stayed. I also found the service excellent. The one frustration. Food was not always available but this is a very minor moan. Overnight it was a relaxing stay, just what i needs
Overall was good except no hair dryer inside the room. Housekeeping staff was acknowledged but nothing done.
