"Value for money city centre hotel pub, great staff, good food, comfortable and clean."

Breakfast was great, bed very comfortable, room a bit tired and dated. Although for the price to be expected !! all clean and bed made every day. Ate twice in hotel food was good

"Very disappointing and not to be recommended"

Location and staff members who tried hard to provide a good service.

It is in very poor condition. Bedroom windows need to be replaced. Stairwell Carpets are threadbare. Whole place looks rundown. Housekeeping is obviously under pressure.

Location in town centre, restaurant bar and lounge in the hotel, good breakfast, good food in restaurant and staff were very friendly and accommodating and free carparking. The place has character too.

Taps in the bathroom were slow and the breakfast room was slightly too cool in the morning.
