The staff were very attentive to our needs and gave excellent service

The room had a lot of cobwebs and the bathroom had seen better day, the staff did mention that they were closed in May for a full refit.

Rooms are tired. Needs attention

Great location

On the booking.com advert we picked a 4 poster bed but when we arrived at the property we were told that this was not our room due to an oversight on the booking.com website , also the bathroom smelled of cigarettes ( it transpires there is a staff smoking area outside down below the bathroom - even with the windows closed .)

Comfy beds. Attentive staff. Lovely breakfast. Close to Chartwell House Value for money

A little tired

All facilities and breakfast to a high standard.Staff very friendly and helpful throughout.I have stayed here twice before (in 2014 and 2017) when working in the area and would recommend it to anyone.

Had problems accessing the WiFi albeit I didn't try for long as it was not critical that I got online at that time.

Hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Also there was a drip in joint in bathroom this the floor was wet which could have been an accident waiting to happen.🤨
