Very accessable, parking great, super staff very helpful, Room was very big and clean, location super A*

Nothing to dislike the only thing we could say if had to just a little paintwork spring clean or freshen up could enhance the rooms but then it has a lovely rustic look and didnt mare our stay at all

"I had a really lovely stay"

The staff were lovely, super attentive and really friendly. The room was good value for money, comfy bed, nice, deep bath and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The menu was fantastic, so much choice and the food was great! I had three courses and no regrets.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. There were just a few things about the room. I thought there was some noise from what I think was water pipes, which were fairly loud and happened a couple times in the night. I also had a little trouble getting the window to stay open, which made the room a little hot at times. Oh, and the main light didn't work in the room, that wasn't so much a problem for me. I just used the lamps but I guess it would be good for all the lights to be working. But all in all, it was really good value for money and I'd definitely book a room here again.

"The staff were exceptional."

Super king size bed very comfy

Remote control light only in bathroom stopped working and no overhead light in room only bedside lamps one of which flickered all time also not all the electrical plugs worked .

The location. The staff are excellent and maid our stay. Nice bed as well.

Poor run down decor in stairs up to rooms. Poor decor in bathroom. Very tricky to operate old fashioned taps in the bath.

"Excellent staff, lovely area with lots to see and visit locally"

The location was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room was clean with a comfy bed.

The bathroom tap was difficult to turn off and we could not get hot water using the shower. Room was a bit dated and tired but was clean and comfy.

"Kings arms review"

The staff were really nice, the breakfast was nice and the dinner was really nice. Housekeeping cleans your room every day which is nice.

How loud it was when eating food in the evenings and how stuffy the rooms were also my window wouldn't stay up.
