"Staff"

Victoria was delightful and gave a us a lovely welcome on arrival. She also ordered our taxi to and from the venue where the party took place . Rebecca was a ray of sunshine at breakfast.

The hotel requires a complete refurbishment. I understand that’s taken place in the next few months.

"The staff and food were great. The room very tired and bathroom horrid."

The staff were lovely and the bed very comfy.

The room was in a poor state of repair . Peeling paint , damp patches , the bathroom was horrible - in serious need of modernising.
