"Very disappointing. We have stayed before but it was several years ago. We will not be returning"

Table we were shown to for dinner moved, not just side to side but all the way round. You couldn’t lean on the table for fear of spilling your drinks. We asked to move table and we were accommodated. The bedside lamps were too dim for reading. I spoke to a member of staff who was going to pass it on to her manager and see about getting them changed. We waited for 25 mins and I went and asked again, this time it was a different girl and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I did ask why nobody had had the courtesy to come and tell me but just got sorry. Leaning the next day, my husbands wheelchair was behind the reception, two members of staff were there and made no acknowledgement to him at all. I believe one of them was the owner/manager who had booked us in the previous evening.

The staff were very welcoming.

The room was too hot and I was unable to turn the radiator off. The room and bathroom were a little shabby but quite adequate.
